Introduction:
This project to graduate in Science of Radio and Television raises the debate about communication of marginalized groups and the remaining indigenous peoples in the state in dialoguing with the possibility of visibility of their customs and cultural expressions. We live in a world undergoing rapid cultural exchanges, which, perceiving from the number of researchers engaged in discussions about the issue, ultimately makes our cultural future quite unclear. Clearly there is a strong admixture of different costumes, a trend towards cultural homogenization internationally, however, its noticeable that while this movement occurs there is, just due to or concomitantly, processes of revitalization and appreciation of cultures before forgotten or doomed to disappearance. This interconnected world at extremely high speeds allows for new ways to spread ideas, audiovisual products. Finally opened up more possibilities for democratic audiovisual display to large audiences free of charge or at low cost, at a speed that allows the transformation of anonymous in stars in a few minutes. Cultures can be shown, show themselves, be appreciated by themselves and by other individuals or cultural groups anywhere in the world. For that, simply emerging in this fluid global network of multiple computers is enough. Will be produced collaboratively music and videos by the indians Tupinikim and Guarani and qualified staff in the field of audiovisual production, via a lucid dialogue aimed at ethnic in its global existence, the primal and renovated, reinvented. The project strengthens the processes of revitalization and visibility of Tupinikim and Guarani cultures through the integration of audiovisual materials on the internet to make them available to the Indians themselves, and especially to any other individuals or cultural groups anywhere in the world. Other marginalized cultures are more easily found exposed both in its primal state as in products made for consumption. Moreover indigenous groups in Brazil, mostly, besides not being known in depth, live an intense and difficult process of cultural resistance in the face of threats of disappearance caused by the domination of non-Indian culture of the surrounding society and the inevitable relations, when subjugated and coerced over hundreds of years. It is noteworthy that indigenous communities from Espírito Santo are going through a frank process of repossession of land, identity and culture. The intention here is not to meet our expectation in the sense that they live the way they lived for centuries, because culture is not a static phenomenon and everyone has the right to choose how to live their lives, but to collaborate with these groups in their purpose of spreading their culture to the society that surrounds them and does not understand them.
